People, Community, Finance is a social networking website for socially responsible investors. It is also a site where entrepreneurs in developing countries will be trained on-line and locally to start their own businesses. Once trained, they will then be invited to join the site to come in contact with those social investors. In addition, we are also a site for those who would like to volunteer their time and expertise and support to help ensure these entrepreneurs succeed. We will be opening our site in the 3rd Quarter of 2009.
Our Mission
The mission of People, Community, Finance is to help people escape poverty by training them to start their own businesses. With a small amount of training, anybody can start their own business, and in many cases, one can start their own business with very little capital.
Partner with Us
People, Community, Finance is looking to partner with organizations who share our vision. We are especially looking to partner with those organizations who can help us extend our reach to entrepreneurs who do not have access to the Internet.
Support Us
We are a non-profit community effort and we depend on our membership for support so that we can keep costs low for our entrepreneurs. If you would like to support our mission, there are a number of ways you can do so. As a non-profit organization, we most urgently need people like you to assist in the training of entrepreneurs.
